All 6th graders who made the honor role (roll?) were presented with a framed certificate and a bag of candy! The ceremony took place Friday morning at 9:15 am. Jay and I went. It was an excellent experience for Jacob...but how awesome was it that so many parents were there to support their children?
There were 190 6th graders who made the honor roll(role?) out of 500 and some children!
I loved this by the 7th grade geography teacher: Made me laugh!
Here is Jacob's big moment!
Here is Jacob...I almost forgot how funny it was when they got to Jacob's name! hahahahahahahahahaha
I am still actually chuckling as I type this!
He whispered it to him.
As he came off the stage he sorta gave me a smile when I waved to him, and looked so I could take a pic...but I was videoing him!
Jacob is growing and maturing into a wonderful young man. I am proud of him!
Here he was afterwards when I went up to snap a few photos!
He was not embarrassed by me, talked with me, and even let me hug him! Too cute!
He thanked me 4 or 5 times for coming to see him!
Coming to you LIVE from Ocala!
I have been to Griffins and Hobby Lobby this morning.
Can't quite get the chirstmas tunes out of my head yet. It seems so odd to have Christmas music so early!
The Boys and Mom are at Dick's sporting goods store, and I took the afternoon off to stay home. woo hoo!
Didn't look at any beads mother....sorry!!!!!!!!
Baby Jay slept til 4 am and then he was going for broke from 430-5 am. He has been kind of a mess the last three days which can be caused by the chicken pox vaccine he had two weeks ago. Timing is right, symptoms are right on.
He is doing fine today!
Nothing more to share! Hope you all are having a great weekend!
